The McIntosh 1890s Festival welcomes a wide variety of vendors to participate in one of Florida’s most established and well-attended one-day events. With more than 30,000 attendees, the festival offers a strong opportunity for vendors to showcase their products to a large, engaged audience.

Set in the historic town of McIntosh, the festival is known for its charm, quality vendors, and loyal following. Guests attend specifically to shop, explore, and discover unique items they won’t find elsewhere.

Why Participate
Vendors benefit from steady, high-volume foot traffic throughout the day, with attendees actively seeking out arts, crafts, handmade goods, and specialty products. The audience includes families, collectors, travelers, and shoppers with strong disposable income who come prepared to buy.

Juried Selection Process
The McIntosh 1890s Festival is a juried event. All vendor applications are carefully reviewed to ensure a high-quality and diverse marketplace that reflects the character and standards of the festival. Selection is based on product quality, originality, presentation, and overall fit with the event.

Due to the volume of applications and limited space, not all applicants will be accepted.

Event Expectations
This is a high-attendance, fast-paced event. Vendors should be prepared for a full day of consistent customer interaction and sales. Professional presentation is important, including well-designed booths, clear signage, and organized displays.

Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment, including tents, tables, and display materials. All vendors must comply with festival guidelines and any applicable local regulations.

Vendor Placement
Approved vendors will be assigned booth space by the festival team. Placement is designed to support overall event flow and vendor visibility.
